Vex Robotic build season is on!

Jackson Area Robotics is meeting each Saturday from 9:00-12:00 at the shop. Presently, 5 vex robots are beginning to take form. Additional robots are needed for JAR to hold its first Annual Invitational Vex Robotic Competition at our shop. The Vex Robotics Design System allows each student to design and build an 18”x18”x18” (maximum) robot with materials that only require hand tools and a few power tools. Everyone works with gears, motors, wheels, frames, and is involved in designing and programming their “own” robot. Together we will build and take apart our individual robots until standards have been met. Students may choose to build a robot within a small group or individually.
Join us each Saturday from 9:00-12:00.
