All,
I need to know who is going to Atlanta by Saturday. We are leaving the night of the 14th, and will return mid afternoon on april 18th. As of right now I don’t see a charge for students to go on the trip, but you will need to bring money for food for Lunch each day and dinner (if you choose not to eat the food provided by the hotel). Breakfast is also at the hotel.
Saturday we will be meeting at the space at 9am. to have a meeting and then fundraiser. If you are planning to go to Atlanta I need to know by Saturday or I will assume you are not going and will adjust the number of hotel rooms we have accordingly. If you are not coming to the meeting Saturday please call or email your status for Atlanta.
Also Parents, if you would like to attend and stay in the same hotel with the team you will need to make your reservations by midnight on Saturday to get the same rate as the team. After this time you will be on your own for accommodations and rates.
